We had a fantastic stay at this self-contained property. The modern decor and high-quality finish made it feel luxurious. The underfloor heating kept us cozy, and the lounge/kitchen diner was spacious and well-equipped. Both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was a great convenience. The location was peaceful and quiet, and the ample parking was a plus. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. a wonderful experience!

The barn was clean and set in beautiful surroundings with chickens and horses. Fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. Excellent wifi and lovely hosts who were helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was incredible, surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering good walking options. the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with fluffy towels and a fully stocked kitchen. the hosts were very accommodating and helpful, providing a generous welcome hamper and offering useful amenities like a washing machine and dryer in the garden.

The hotel could benefit from the addition of a stair gate, high chair, and bed guard for families with young children.

My recent stay at Rosebank Barn was absolutely fantastic. The property was beautifully maintained and perfect for my family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a delightful bonus. We enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden area with the swing chair and patio deck. The TV had a great choice of streaming channels, and the internet connection was reliable.

Although our overall experience at Rosebank Barn was exceptional, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was quite squeaky, and I had to be careful not to wake my daughter who was sleeping on the futon.

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage with horses right in front of us. The host was lovely and welcoming, and the accommodation was spacious and well-equipped. The private garden and off-road parking were great features. We will definitely book again next year!

I had the most amazing stay at a beautiful house tucked away in a peaceful little village near Dartmoor national park. The house itself was super clean and decorated to a high standard, and the bathrooms were simply amazing. I loved the attention to detail, with fluffy bathrobes and lush towels provided. The kitchen had everything I needed and the host was incredibly lovely. Plus, they had three beautiful horses on the property! The location was ideal for me, but I can see how some people might find it a bit out of the way. However, if you're looking for a high standard stay surrounded by stunning countryside, I highly recommend Rosebank Barn in Brentor. I had a perfect and peaceful holiday experience.

I especially loved the coffee maker once I figured out how to use it. the heating kept us warm during the chilly weather. the location was perfect, with a lovely town nearby and minimal traffic passing by.
